Lori Wightman leads a successful career in healthcare leadership, currently serving as CEO of Bothwell Regional Health Center. With over 18 years of experience as a hospital President and CEO, Lori understands the importance of hiring great people to build a strong team and the importance of strategic planning to achieve sustainable growth.

A passionate leader, Lori began her career working as a registered nurse before receiving her master’s degree in health administration. She later served as Deputy Director of the Department of Human Services for the state of North Dakota before reentering healthcare leadership and stepping into her current position. When she is not at Bothwell, Lori can be found at many events throughout the Sedalia and Pettis County community or home with her husband and two dogs.
